Terroir

Coming from a plot of old Cinsault, on loamy-clay-sandy soil with a strong limestone predominance, this cuvée is produced in a search for pure and delicate expression of the grape variety and the place. This terroir gives the wine a signature of structured lightness, tension and purity, particularly suited to the elegant expression of Cinsault.

Vinification & aging

Natural vinification using native yeasts in truncated wooden vats. Short vatting with gentle extraction by infusion, favoring freshness, tannic finesse, aromatic purity and natural balance. The objective is to preserve the delicacy and drinkability characteristic of Cinsault. Aged in concrete or stainless steel vats to preserve the brightness of the fruit, the freshness and the clarity of the terroir.

Tasting comment

For this tenth vintage, we pay homage to Cinsault with this very special single-varietal cuvée. This wine offers a nose that is both floral and fruity and then offers subtle notes of red fruits but also aromas of peach and white flowers.
