Terroir

This Ventoux cuvée is a blend of old Grenache vines on sandy-clay-limestone soils with a plot of Syrah from Bédoin, from slightly stony, sandy hillsides. A draining and fresh terroir which preserves finesse and reveals a gourmet, elegant wine, carried by the fruit and the identity of Ventoux.

Vinification & aging

Natural fermentations, destemming carried out while respecting the integrity of the fruit. The short vatting is accompanied by gentle extraction in order to preserve the finesse and aromatic brightness. Aging continues for 18 months in concrete vats, guaranteeing freshness, balance and great drinkability.
